Stimson Contracting Inc. understands how important it is for you to work with a company that is knowledgeable, honest and listens to what the CUSTOMER wants. We take great pride in every project large or small. We provide quality workmanship to YOUR specifications, along with the city and county codes and engineered plans, in a timely manner. We stand behind all of our buildings for one full year. We provide every customer with a requested start date and a requested end date on every building contract.
Post-frame construction is an aesthetically pleasing and energy-efficient construction method. Advantages include:
*Energy savings because wood has natural insulating properties and the frame provides space for virtually any type of high R-value insulation.
*A wide variety of building materials may be incorporated into each structure.
*Post-frame buildings are engineered to last, and meet or exceed model building code requirements.
*Once your structure is built, less building maintenance is required to keep it looking good than other types of buildings.
I am involved in the daily operations of Stimson Contracting. From estimating to on-site management, I take a personal interest in each and every project. I was born and raised in the Spokane area I understand the needs of customers. My goal is your absolute satisfaction.
I was born and raised right here in the Spokane area. I also new growing up as a child of hard working self employed parents that I too would one day like to own my own local business. Growing up for a love of Animals in particular Horses, I knew I wanted to do something that would also involve other people’s love and passion for Animals. Steve and I started Stimson Contracting in 1999 as a very small home based business. The more the years went by the more we learned that there was a demand for honest quality work, so in 2006 we moved our business to the location they are now at on Hwy 2 in Airway Heights. We have a daughter Grace that is now almost 11 who has also been a big part of what we do! She helps out in the summer months and also after school.
I am from Auburn WA. I currently live in Davenport where I have horses and acreage. My passion is horses, animals. I am married with two wonderful stepsons and I enjoy the outdoors. Customer service is my passion. I love to talk to each and every one of our customers because I can help them to obtain their dream building .
